SYNAXON Distribution UK, which is part of SYNAXON AG based out of Germany, takes care of the technical details of IT projects for our affiliated partners so that they can focus on their daily business. Our support starts with the conception of a solution and goes all the way up to delivery to the end customer. By doing this, we support our partners who want to grow their businesses by entering new markets. In addition, we help improve the market share of selected manufacturers within the SYNAXON network. As part of our efforts to internationalise our business, we are now looking for a Junior Sales Manager for our UK market.

Your responsibilities:

  • Establishing contacts with potential customers and maintain contact with prospects to build up a regular and direct customer base
  • Plan and attend online and on-site meetings with new and existing customers
  • Telephone support for new customers in their first six months after signing a contract
  • Maintenance of our CRM tool with information gained during your conversations

What will you need:

  • Some experience in IT and product telephone sales desirable
  • Persistence in your approach and plenty of self-motivation to achieve individual and team goals
  • Interest in IT topics and the motivation to continuously develop yourself
  • A high degree of flexibility and adaptability as well as strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel
